The next 20 HP. to run 10,000 miles should have connecting rods with separate liners instead of whitemetalling the rods.

It is assumed that mild steel bushes are better and lighter than bronze, also that there [strikethrough] would be no advantage in using mild steel rods, heat treated and white-metalled direct.
