Dear Sirs, With reference to our telephone conversation of this afternoon, we wish to advise that we believe that it will be impossible at this time to obtain Thermoid Facings from America for the 7 3/4" clutch. The Writer did not fully appreciate the difficulty in obtaining licence for such material at the time of our conversation. Regarding flywheel you kindly loaned to us to enable 10.C.F. clutch to be balanced, we are arranging to return this part to you and would suggest that due to the inaccurate clutch fixing hole drilling you redrill an additional series of holes. If you will kindly undertake to carry out this work promptly and return flywheel to us, we have all the necessary equipment available to balance the 10.C.F. assembly and will in turn redespatch flywheel together with clutch within a day or so of receipt. It is understood that you will confirm other matters, subject of our conversation this afternoon, and we assure you in the meantime of our fullest co-operation.
