To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from R.{Sir Henry Royce} c. to CJ. c. to EFC. X.4275 R10/G15.2.21. X. 3485 - RE "GOSHAWK I" - IGNITION. X.4275. X.3481. I do not think it would be good to put on the Bosch (American) ignition until Clark has tested this. I should prefer to fit a set of Delco, but with a good magneto which will fire the engine at very slow speed, as the sleeve type of Watford or B.T.H. I do not see any object in fitting battery ignition. We do not want to spend any more on this model than enough to make just a few of these run well to compare with "Goshawk II" with its somewhat different construction. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
