PATENT 'M M' DRAUGHTLESS VENTILATORS FOR MOTOR CARS

FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR. F.{Mr Friese} DODD.

Dear Sirs,

"M.M." PATENT DRAUGHTLESS VENTILATORS FOR MOTOR CARS.

Following up our previous correspondence, we venture to send you the following extract from a letter we have just received from a customer in Malaya, viz.,

"I have delayed writing as I wanted to give 'the "M.M." Patent DRAUGHTLESS Ventilators an extended trial and, 'having done so, I am now in a position to tell you all about their 'performance in this country. First of all I have nothing but 'praise for the simple and easy fitting arrangements.

"The "M.M." Patent DRAUGHTLESS Ventilators have 'been in use now for one month in all kinds of weather, and except 'in the severest tropical downpour with wind we have never needed to 'put the front windows up. To you in England this may not mean 'much but out here where when it rains when one is in a saloon car 'it is just hell. The fact of being able to have the front 'windows down and air circulating inside the car is wonderful. 'There is positively no steaming of the windscreen and other 'windows as long as the car is moving.

"I have had a good opportunity of proving this 'during the last week or two as it is now the rainy season here. 'We had to drive four miles from the Pictures the other evening in 'a real tropical downpour and it was specially noticeable that as 'long as the car was moving there was no steam on the windows, but 'when we had to stop at traffic halts the screen gradually steamed 'over but the minute we started to move again the steaming 'disappeared.

"My wife is specially enthusiastic as she can 'now arrive at her destination in the car without her hair being 'blown about. We have had many arguments about this in the past. 'I wanted the windows down for air she wanted them up because she
