re Next 10,000 Miles Test Car 25-HP.

We have arranged to use a stock Hooper Special Touring Saloon for this chassis, and the body will be ready by the end of the second week in February at the latest.

Standard Chassis Specification.

(1) Bonnet with sloping rear end and sloping louvres.
(2) "F" type steering, levers, and pedals.
(3) Spare wheel on the offside (as standard).

Special Chassis Features.

(1) Dropped front crossmember and wings carried over frame. Lamp brackets outside frame, and electrical horns on front crossmember.
(2) Revised 3rd crossmember - battery box moved back and revised battery crossmember. Dropped front end of silencer. See EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}S.114.
(3) Modified petrol tank filler and fittings to suit the concealed luggage grid (the grid itself will not be fitted).
(4) Facile adjustments to brakes.

Modifications to standard stock Hooper Special Touring Saloon

(1) Deeper wells for the feet.
(2) Rear seat lowered 2".
(3) Modifications to permit of revised petrol tank and filler.
(4) Instrument board with completely wooden face.
