Engine Mountings.

We have issued the following schemes as hereunder:-

Bentley rear engine mounting - Lec.3845. 21.3.34.
25-HP. Flexible front engine mounting similar to Terraplane. Lec.3852. 27.3.34.
25-HP. Flexible rear engine mounting. Lec.3862. 28.3.34.

These schemes are of a temporary nature and made with the idea of getting a quick test of the system of mounting while we are proceeding with the permanent application. They are arranged with the minimum amount of modification to existing pieces and should not require much time to get them rigged up on suitable chassis.

The point is unless we get them quickly their value will be lost, as these results are required for our guidance in producing a permanent scheme.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
