-6- or in top appears poor up to 60 m.p.h. The road holding qualities are distinctly superior to the Phantom I , but are bad compared with other cars of equal size owing to sway on corners. This is, of course, due to flexibility of springs and will, I think, be overcome by the fitting of Hartfords. The excellence of finish and detail seems beyond all reproach. The most efficient range appears to be about 25 to 50.m.p.h. in top. Generally speaking it seems as though the car is considerably in advance of all its competitors in many respects, but curiously enough suffers from elementary things such as wheel wobble, which the majority of other companies went through a phase of and overcame three years ago. In conclusion, I desire it to be understood that these criticisms are merely an honest endeavour to submit helpful information to the Design staff , and are not in any way intended, nor will they be used, for outside consumption.
