Porous Pot Filter,

We much appreciate your kind letter of the 3rd inst, regarding the above.

We note that this type of filter gets choked too soon and therefore in our opinion it is of little value.

Regarding the comparison in price between the porous pot filter and the plate type, we do not think that there would be anything very much in it, but, possibly, the porous pot, if made in quantities, would be very slightly cheaper.
