B.23.AE.

The following is a list of jobs requiring attention on the coachwork of the above car :-

(1) Both front wings foul valances.
(2) Nuts and bolts for bolting on of front wings should be split pinned. 3 Exp Job
(3) Both rear wings dented and marked where they have been welded on the underside.
(4) Front portion of bonnet on both sides is cutting through the valances.
(5) Propeller shaft fouls rear floorboard in two places.
(6) Beading required between rear wings and body.
(7) Beading should be placed round petrol tank filler pipe and N.S. rear wing, at present there is a recess full of dirt and small tar stones.
(8) Lever for operating scuttle ventilation in bad position - traps one's fingers.
(9) O.S. door window winder in bad position, catching driver's knuckles when changing from top to 3rd. gear.
(10) Centre mirror for rear view is useless.
(11) Rear blind does not work.
(12) Direction indicator switch handle is loose.
(13) All brake drums and electric horns require painting.
(14) Paint in letter 'B' on hub nuts falls out when nut is hammered for fitting or removing wheels.
(15) Angle of windscreen is such that it reflects the plated steering column and controls - attracts the driver's eyes and eventually becomes annoying.
(16) Rear bottom line of body could do with being about 4" lower, as when following this car one can see the whole of the under part of the chassis.
