Attention Mr. F.{Mr Friese} Ll Smith.

Dear Sirs,

We have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 2nd inst, and in this regard refer to visit of our Mr Armitage and the undersigned to your Works yesterday, when the following points were discussed:-

Special modified Cross Cushion Segment 13 1/2" Plate which was handed to you yesterday, we understand will be put on trial at an early date.

In connection with the two 10.A6 Clutches recently returned for bringing up to date, these are being despatched to you immediately, and we trust will arrive in time to meet your requirements.

We further confirm our understanding that the sample steel, as suggested by us for the manufacture of eyebolts, has proved to be quite in order.

In connection with the 11.A3 Clutch removed from Bentley Chassis, the pressure plate brought back by us is being checked for balance, and we will let you have our further remarks in due course.

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED.

H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} T. Barker.
