An owner would not have stopped the engine so quickly & might have done a lot of damage as bits of the 'suicide' JST which might have gone into cylinders.
We left Paris about 7 last night & went to Chateauroux & came on here today over the Massif Central. The light steering
75H. was appreciated on the (as a rough calculation) 2000 corners.
Since Paris the car has behaved excellently. The brakes are very good & the steering now
75H. wander-free
Still no synchro on top or overdrive
