X.2512 - RE CHASSIS - ELECTRICAL IGNITION CONDENSER.

Mr. Mills informs me that neither the B.T.H. nor the Watford Magneto Co., will consider the question of producing condensers. With reference to the original design, this has, of course, now been cancelled, but we had instructed Mr. Mills to replace the old design with the new type, if possible.

In regard to the vibratory regulators for the dynamos, I have discussed this question unofficially with Mr. Young of the B.T.H. who gave me to understand the last time I was in communication that they were working upon a design, but did not wish us to depend upon them anyway for producing same.

I replied that we were not depending upon them, but that, at the same time, we would be very interested in hearing how they were going on with the design referred to. We have however, heard nothing further from them in this connection.
