With reference to CWB7/AMC23.7.27.

We have recently altered the standard front shock absorber loading to 70 lbs. up and 80 lbs. down. As this is materially different from the shock absorbers originally fitted to 103-MC., we are having a pair despatched to you so that you can try them on the Continent.

I think you will find that the upward loading on the dampers at present on 103-MC is 35 lbs. to 40 lbs.
