Successful testing of a sub-frame on a 20 HP Landaulet and arrangements for a demonstration.

Landaulet fitted with a sub-frame. If you wish, of course, we can arrange to let you have the car back again any time. We have made arrangements in connection with this car so that we can fix the body solidly to the frame or use the sub-frame fittings. In our opinion this was the only way any relative value could be given to the sub-frame. The results of the tests have been very successful. See Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG18.10.24. When in London yesterday, we arranged with EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} to come to Derby and that he would endeavour to bring with him a responsible Official from the Sales Dept. and we would then demonstrate the improvement brought about by the sub-frame. We can do this much better at Derby than anywhere else. To get a clear conception of the effect with the sub-frame it is necessary to change over a number of times from one condition to the other.
