Modifications to the Wraith II front brake toggle shaft.

[Handwritten: Martindale] Wraith II Front Brake Toggle Shaft. We send herewith N.Sch.4836 showing a modification to the front brake toggle shaft. This consists of moving inwards the inner needle bearing nearer to the operating lever, so reducing the overhang and at the same time substituting a felt washer for the 'Perfect' oil seal.
