Re 'SIX WORST FEATURES' AND OTHERS

In order to keep our information up-to-date, regarding the position of these various bad features, we should be glad if you would kindly give us what information you can as set out in the attached memo. (H5/LH{Mr Haworth}12.11.26.) which sets out the position of each item so far as we know it.

We presume that so far as the steering is concerned, this may now be considered as dealt with, and finished.

At the Sales Conference yesterday it was thought that if this was agreed, then the next one to be promoted as being the most aggravating complaint, is 'Tappet knocks and general engine noises'. Will you please let me know if you agree to this.
