WST BY AW. [AW is crossed out] c. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. 16066. BY/7/C. 6.11.35. WIND TONE HORN OPERATION. Mr. West has designed a method by which on the above horns, if the button is depressed in line with the axis of the column, the full loud tone is produced. This method of operation is exactly how one presses the button in an emergency. Mr. West attains his object by an additional winding, and I would like you to put in a provisional to cover Mr. West's scheme - he will explain the matter fully. By BY.{R.W.
