contd :- -2- We think 14-EX was good with the scuttle damper but better with semi isolation. We agree that the continuous rubber strip must not be hard rubber. Summarising the position & We have tried to standardise what we have found experimentally to be the best and simplest scheme. If it is desired to use the scuttle damper in conjunction with a type of semi isolation, there is no objection; we do not think the results will be better than the scheme we propose however. We only desire that a move should be made to immediately get rid of total isolation which has proved to be utterly impracticable. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} | ||
