To C. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} c. to DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to EY. H400 Hsl/LG7.10.27. RE. REAR SPARE WHEEL CARRIER X8600 FOR PHANTOM. Our tests so far shew that it is necessary to have the additional support on the luggage grid cross bar to carry the spare wheel satisfactorily. This means that the rear spare wheel carrier and the luggage go together. You will see by RL/M6.10.27 that R.{Sir Henry Royce} suggests the spare wheel carrier and luggage grid should be included in the chassis price or it should be a standard extra. We are very anxious to get the rear spare wheel carrier adopted and therefore would like Sales agreement of this policy. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
