Note on experimenting with radiator controls by replacing hard rubbers with very soft ones.

We are now experimenting with the present radiator control on N.2. Since fig I, only using replacing the hard rubbers & very soft ones. Even if this were not considered practical for production cars, it might be useful on conversion cars, and we hope to [crossed out text] be able to use it on all cars. We should thus be able to reduce the maximum movement of radiator without bumping the cross-member. We feel inclined to let the radiator move slightly with the frame on extreme bumps.
