Dear Sirs,

Re-two Oil Coolers E.97820. Nos. E.4 and E.8.

Referring to your letter RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.1/AP of 5th Denember, 1936, and the last paragraph, the two oil coolers mentioned therein have been in our possession since the writers visits to your Works 4th of last December. However we have received no instructions from you to proceed with their repair.

You will recall these two Coolers had failed in customers cars.

Kindly forward a Replacement order to cover these coolers, when they will be returned to you without delay.
