Recommendations for a limiting torque device, a teazer circuit breaker, and an air friction damper.

we are of the opinion that a suitable
limiting torque device should be considered in anticipation
of the possibility of this becoming necessary.
Also we strongly recommend the incorporation
of some device to break the teazer circuit while the
engine is running.
The air friction damper works well.
