--------------------

I have just been out on Mr Northey's new car 2095. He is disappointed with it because there is an extraordinary rumble, especially at slow speeds. I have tried it.

At slow speeds, in picking up, the vibration appeared to be so slow that one would have thought it was a seized universal joint in the transmission, or something of that sort.

I am very anxious to have a report from you on this.

Fleck has driven the car to Derby, I believe in order to have the axle changed.

Please test it for this vibration and report to me.

C.J. X181
