Experimental modification to the Phantom III Rocker Mechanism to test low-stress valve springs.

We send you herewith LeC.5331 showing the rocker shaft lifted up on a packing piece .5 to accommodate longer valve springs to LeC.5323. This modification increases the length of the push rods, valves and valve guides, and calls for an altered shape to the rocker cover.
