You will recollect that you completed a scheme for removing the present Electrical Laboratory to the position now occupied by the Acetylene Plant, and that this was agreed to but was held up on the outbreak of War. I asked you the other day if there was anything stopping the portion being devoted to the Electrical Laboratory since Reid is now cramped for space in his electrical production and also the existing Electrical Laboratory is entirely unsuited to the using of electrical apparatus.
