Referring to yours of the 24th. ult. (ref. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/MJ).

I should much appreciate your advice as to whether you have been able to do anything in respect of your 21" wheels which will enable you to allow us a little more latitude than at present applies in respect of tyres which are out of balance.
