SS.{S. Smith} REAR BRAKE CAMSHAFTS.
[Handwritten: X7090 / X7360.]

Herewith we send N. sch. 2821. shewing the chauffuer's adjustment ends of the camshafts adapted to the EAC. 14. scheme.

It will be seen that we ask for an alteration to the pressing carrying the camshafts off the axle.

We appreciate that it may not be possible for you to adapt the EAC. 14. scheme to the SS.{S. Smith} back axle at first as possibly you have pieces already made or in process of being made. If this is so we suggest that we should adapt the EAC. 7. brake carrier to give the proposed mud shields, and this we have done on N. sch. 2822. herewith.

All we ask for here are modificationsto the camshaft bearing brackets which we think should be possible.
