OVERTIME WORKING HOURS ADJUSTMENTS. ------------ Please note the following has been agreed:- DAY SHIFT. Commencing week-end January 13/14th, the day shift will not work Sunday January 14th. Also for week-end January 27th/28th, the day shift will not work Saturday afternoon or Sunday, NIGHT SHIFT. There will be no night shift working on Saturday January 13th or Sunday January 14th. Also for week-end January 27th/28th, there will be no night shift working either Saturday or Sunday night. ------------ The above procedure will continue until further notice, i.e. the day shift will have every alternative Sunday off, and additionally Saturday afternoon once a month. The night shift will have every alternative Saturday and Sunday night off. ------------ It was agreed that circumstances would arise from time to time whereby the above easement of conditions would have to be waived in regard to certain specialised men, working on new products, experimental work, Millwrights, etc. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
