| To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} 1024 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Les.7/JH.3.6.37. Phantom III Bumper Chassis. The following work is required on the above chassis. (1) We are continually breaking the triangular radiator stays, will you please fix up a single control stay. (2) The bijur piping on the Wraith wheel movement levers has failed on the off side.
