FOR THE ATTENTION OF W.H. ROBOTHAM ESQ.

Dear Sirs,

We are directed by our Assistant General Manager to request you to let us have a copy of your drawing for the Crankshaft, twelve stampings for component have been sent to us.

Whilst we cannot hold out any hope of having capacity for completely machining such Crankshafts; we will on receipt of your drawing have a thorough investigation into the possibilities, on the other hand, we should like to know from you whether there is any particular operation other than complete machining you would like us to investigate.

It is possible for instance, that we may have spare nitriding capacity, but if you will indicate your requirements we will certainly investigate what possible assistance we can give.

Yours faithfully,
p.p. LEYLAND MOTORS LIMITED.
