We have now had an opportunity of driving the Continental Phantom several hundred miles under various road conditions. There is quite a lot of work to be done on this car before it can be considered a saleable proposition. Increasing the power of the engine unit has made it very rough. It does not compare favourably with an American car in this respect. We do not think any of these problems are insuperable, and are proceeding with the necessary development work to make this into a nice motor-car. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
