- 2 - of lead that the lead flows away under pressure from the nut. Incidentally I have two large cells of P. & R.{Sir Henry Royce} with the flexible connections, precisely the same as the Exide which have been in continuous use at my house for three years, and the connections, which I have checked this week, are as good as when the cells were put in in the first place. In tightening a connection it is necessary to hold the bottom nut whilst tightening the upper nut otherwise a reasonable tightness is not likely to be obtained. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
