FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR. HIVES

Dear Sirs,

We have to-day sent you 6 Model Z.27 Lodge plugs in exchange for the 6 Model C returned, as suggested in our letter of the 8th inst.,

You will see that the insulator at the sparking end of these plugs is very well protected from heat, and we do not expect you will get the glaze melting with these plugs.
For this reason we have sent them all fully glazed, but should the glazing give trouble we can remove it.

We fear the spark gap will not be quite as good as the 3 point gap, but the plug we have sent is a pattern we make for racing engines.

Yours faithfully,

LODGE PLUGS LIMITED.
