Dear Sirs,

Further to your letter of the 15th and ours of the 16th, respecting the B.T.H. U.3. valve suitable for H.T. rectification for ball gap voltage measurement. We have been in communication with our Works for the information required, and we learn from them today that this valve is now completely obsolete, and is not being manufactured. However, if you could furnish us with particulars of your apparatus for ball gap voltage measurement, we may be able to advise regarding alternative type valves.

Awaiting the favour of your further commands, which will receive our prompt attention.

Yours faithfully,

THE EDISON SWAN ELECTRIC CO. LTD.
