Re STEERING TESTS 3.B.50.

1. Car to be tried by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} and Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}

2. Wheels to be checked for balance on car. If out of balance to be rectified and again tested on road.

3. Wheels to be restored to their original condition of un-balance and tested on 9.B.V.

4. If wheels were out of balance originally, are hubs and drums out of balance so that this would lead to develop-ment of unbalance of tyres.

5. Hubs of 3.B.50 to be fitted to 1.B.50 if possible, to enable wheels to be tested in their original condition on 1.B.50.
