EFC. X.3812 RE "BUZZARD" ENGINE.

X.4026/C

We send you herewith drawings LeC.1252 and 1246.

The former shews the water pump, the dynamo, and the drives for these two units. The latter shews the water pipe connections between the pump and cylinders, and between the pump and the radiator.

The water pump has been made so that it can be easily removed from the chassis for the purpose of repacking the gland.

The dynamo can be removed by first taking down the water pump and then removing the split cap enclosing the dynamo drive on the wheelcase. The dynamo is carried by straps on a cylindrical facing machined on the crankcase.

Would you kindly instruct the necessary details.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
