Re: Clayton Heater on Wraith Chassis.

Sales Dept. appear to be under the impression that the cost of the necessary fittings etc., required to instal the Clayton Heater ought only to amount to a few shillings, but actually the reverse is the position, for the reason that the Taps and Adaptors which we employ are somewhat expensive.

Some time ago we understood that this matter was being investigated with a view to introducing Taps of a cheaper design, but we do not know whether any steps have been taken in this direction.

Perhaps you will be kind enough to look into this matter, because from a commercial point of view the job as it stands does appear on the expensive side.
