Dear Sirs,

X.3348 - RE COMMUTATOR BRUSHES FOR STARTER MOTOR. X.2656.

We beg to thank you for your letter of the 15th inst,
ref. EY/RB{R. Bowen}7/P15319, addressed for the attention of Mr.Sparkes,
and enclosing sample of copper-morganite brush shewing the
type required in execution of your recent order. The
information furnished by the sample now makes your order
perfectly clear to us, and we will give the matter immediate
attention. We note your blue print specifies that the
flexible leads shall be insulated with fibre beads, but
against your previous order we supplied brushes with
cotton braid insulation, as illustrated by the sample sent
us and which we return herewith.

We presume you find this method of insulating the
flexible perfectly satisfactory and would like your assurance
that we shall be in order in fitting the brushes now in
hand in a similar manner. It may be of interest to you to
