EB.1771, except that lever E.30776 is to be modified to give full travel of mixture control (as discussed between Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} and By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}) Flywheel & Clutch. Complete to Installation GB.2099 (Borg & Beck clutch, type 10A6 with strong springs). Clutch thrust bearing with oilite cage to be fitted (handed to shop by Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}). Gearbox. Complete to standard L.O.P. (including 2nd, 3rd motion shafts, reverse gear and speedometer drive), except for 1st motion shaft and end cover to suit Borg & Beck clutch. Servo Motor. To LOP. G.56925, Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1631, N.Sch.3971 and Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1589, with disc type damping to N.Sch.4453, and RAD.13 linings (handed to HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} by Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FJH.{Fred J. Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}) and brake pedal stop to N.Sch.4735, and bolts holding spring rings to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}36. | ||
