AMATEUR DRIVEN GOSHAWK. Y4086 / X3597

The Amateur driven Goshawk was CJ's and BJ's idea and we would sooner that they decided when they think the car has run sufficiently far.

Our recommendation would be that it should return at the beginning of September because there are a large number of parts on the car which are obsolete and which are not like the parts which are being made for the production cars.

We should be very interested to hear how the various Amatuer drivers have gone on; so far the only note we have had is from yourself.

I am anxiously waiting to hear what happened to the wheel when Major Hodges was driving the car. We sent him another spare wheel, but we have had no report as regards the failure of the one on the car.
