| Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1204 All Superintendents and Foremen. Sft{Mr Swift}7/BH.5.4.37. WELFARE COMMITTEE. The annual election of members for the above Committee will take place during this week-end and Mr. Keightley, secretary, will arrange for ballot papers to be handed to the foremen on Friday next April 9th, for distribution to the employees. It is important you see that each worker receives one ballot paper and one only. Any ballot papers left over should be kept by the foremen, and Mr. Keightley will arrange for their collection. The usual arrangements for voting will operate, i.e. boxes will be placed against all clocks in the shops. I especially ask for the Foremen's and Superintendent's co-operation in this election.
