Re :- 20/25 H.P.Chassis. - Instrument Patch - In order to test improvements in illumination by using bevelled glass, will you please put in hand the following parts :- D.53610 - Supporting Plate for Instruments. (This can be made from the standard pressing) D.53611 - Distance Piece. D.53613 - Supporting Flange (Clock Glass) D.53614 - Supporting Flange (Oil Gauge Glass) D.53615 - Supporting Flange (Ammeter and Petrol Gauge Glass) These Supporting Flanges are merely bits of sheet metal rigged up in order to temporarily support the glasses which Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. has for trial in a dark room, and it should be borne in mind that this is only just a temporary set up.
