and pass the benefit thereof on to other Licenses, provided always that the Licensees shall be under no obligation to disclose to Armstrongs any improvements which they or any of their officers or employees or Sub-Licensees may discover which have no relation to or are not connected with the Kadenacy System and if any dispute shall arise as to whether or not any improvements should be communicated to Armstrongs such dispute shall be referred to arbitration as hereinafter provided.

13. DURING the life of the Deed or for ten years after the termination thereof provided for in Clause 14 hereof the Licensees shall not and shall procure that their Sub-Licensees shall not question or contest directly or indirectly the validity of any of the Patents owned or controlled by Armstrongs relating to the Kadenacy System.

14. IF the Licensees shall commit any breach of any of the obligations on their part herein contained and shall not remedy such breach within thirty days after notice in writing from Armstrongs of such breach requiring the same to be remedied Armstrongs may by notice in writing determine the Deed but without prejudice to their remedy in respect of any previous breach of any of the covenants or agreements on the part of the Licensees herein contained.

15. ARMSTRONGS shall have the right to assign the benefit (subject to the obligations) of this Licence in whole or in part or parts to such persons firm or company and for such consideration as they may think fit.

16. EXCEPT with the written consent of Armstrongs (which they shall be at liberty to refuse without giving any reason therefor) the Licensees shall not grant any Sub-Licenses not shall they assign this Licence but if the Licensees already have Sub-Licensees in any country other than Great Britain Armstrongs agree that at the request of the Licensees they will grant to any of such Sub-Licensees nominated by the Licensees a Licence to
