Scuttle isolation for 'India 3' and a request to alter the dashboard casting to increase clearance.

It will be noticed that we are again asking for a reduction in the recess in the dashboard so as to increase the clearance. We should like to point out that when the cast dashboards were originally designed it was for total isolation.
