The cutting in point of these dynamos is very little affected by changes in the output caused by varying the control brush position, and is only about 10 to 15 R.P.M. greater than for the machine arranged as a plain shunt machine. It is therefore easy to form a comparative mental picture of the engine hot performance of the 20 HP. dynamo set to the general specification. EFC. | ||
