I am indebted to Mr. Porter, of Messrs. Firth & Sons Tinsley, for copy of a Paper recently read in Sheffield by Messrs. G.A.Hankins, and M.L.Becker, of the National Physical Laboratory, regarding Heat Treatment tests etc., they have recently carried out on Axle Springs.
