Oil consumption ................... 6 pts/hr.
Oil temperature - inlet ........... 59°C
" " - outlet .......... 66°C
Water temperature - inlet ........... 62°C
" " - outlet .......... 75°C


It was found after the 10th. hr. run that :-

A.{Mr Adams} side magneto make and break gap had increased from .015 to .020"

Tappet clearance of one inlet valve had decreased from .020 to .015".

Tappet clearance of two inlet valves had increased from .020 to .025".

The locking nuts of the last mentioned were slightly slack.

Adjustments to the tappets etc. were made and the test is to be continued.
