9) The following parts were fitted on the car at Olympia:-

Rear diagonal stays between body and second cross member.
Front body attachment between scuttle and frame.
Driving Mirror.
The two body mounting parts mentioned have been returned with the body undrilled.
If no interior driving mirror has been supplied it will be necessary to fit one.

10) The offside front door interior lock handle was loose. These handles have a wide angle of movement when in the locked position, but it was not possible to open the door, the bolt being still prevented from getting past the striking plate.

11) The coachwork complete was weighed before it left Messrs. Park Ward & Co's works. The weight of the complete coachwork is 14 cwts. 0 qrs. 24 lbs. this weight includes the following:-

Body shell complete with seat cushions,
Front door arm rests.
Two front wings.
Two rear wings.
Offside and nearside steps.
Instrument board plus bolts for attaching wings, and a large number of small attachment features.
Four stone guards and wing stays.

12) As the lorry was so small it was impossible to load all the parts on to it, and it has been arranged that the offside wing and step will be dispatched to you, in a crate adressed to E/Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}

13) This car has a sloping rear number plate in common with other bodies built at this time, but we understand that the Commissioner of the police for Metropolis has issed a warning that he considers taking proceedings against Manufacturers who in future fail to observe the law that the rear number plate must be vertical.

We attach herewith a Delivery Note for this body.
