- 4 - EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}6/H9.2.29. (13) Loss of Water in Radiator. The level of water in radiator still appears to build up under high engine speed conditions. The level of the water must be kept low to avoid loss of water through the overflow. The control of the radiator temperature by the shutters is still not very consistent. To avoid rusty condition of the engine guards, suggest that the radiator drain pipes carry the overflow water through these guards. (14) Undershield. Suggest that this might be given a little more clearance to the gear box and silencer pipe. (15) Spring or Shackle Squeaks. Squeaks on road are rather pronounced at present and a certain amount appears to come from the front wing fixing. Should not the one-shot lubrication scheme include means for supplying oil to the spring? (16) Engine oil Filler. Not yet in accessible place (per CWB's complaint). EP.{G.
