Since these two practical examples differ somewhat from our methods of comparison for sudden restrictions, Mr.Royce has come to the conclusion that it would be profitable for you to carry out a general experimental investigation of the whole matter. You will notice that I use the term "Fluids" at the beginning of the letter to cover both liquids and gasses.
